About

Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) inspections can take place for a number of reasons. These include response to complaints of alleged non-compliance with employment law, a WRC campaign to focus on a particular sector or a specific piece of legislation or a routine random inspection.
An employer, who receives notification from the WRC that they are to be subject to a workplace inspection is expected to cooperate with the inspection process and to provide information and records or their employees as required by law.

Our Presenter

In this webinar, Lorraine Parkes from Ibec’s Knowledge Centre will outline the records that must be produced to demonstrate compliance and offer guidance for employers on how to best deal with an inspection.
