Joe Doyle - Enterprise Ireland
Joe Doyle is Intellectual Property Manager with Enterprise Ireland where his role is to promote the integration of IP strategy with the business strategies of EI client companies. He provides a first line of enquiry in Enterprise Ireland on IP issues, promotes IP awareness generally and manages the EI IP Strategy funding scheme. He also represents EI on national and international IP policy issues, EU IP support programmes and is a member of the IP Management Expert Group of the ISO ‘Innovation Management Standard’ Technical Committee.

Naoise Gaffney is chair of the Ibec IP Group, the voice of corporate IP owners in Ireland. He is Head of Patent Development at Intellectual Ventures, a global invention and investment business, and is a European, UK and Irish Patent Attorney as well as a US Patent Agent. Naoise is also Adjunct Assistant Professor at Trinity College Dublin, where he teaches International Patent Law to postgraduate students.
