About

With many students now thinking about applying for part-time and summer work, it is timely to look at the employment of young people.

This brings with it specific legal obligations which must be considered to ensure that those  under 18 years old are employed in compliance with the Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act 1996. Briana Duffy, Employer Relations Executive, Ibec, will outline your responsibilities as an employer under this Act.

The second part of our webinar will look at managing recent graduates and young talent focusing on strategic HR and best practices. Sheila Treacy, Senior Organisation Learning Manager, Ibec, will share her extensive experience of managing the Ibec Employer Relations Graduate Programme.
