Jane’s corporate career has included leadership roles at Boston Scientific and Stryker in HR, Leadership Development, Organisation Development and Talent Management. She has led diverse and remote teams across Ireland, UK and Europe.
Jane has a BSc (Hons) in Management from Trinity College Dublin, an MBS in Human Resource Management (University of Limerick), a Diploma in HRM (UCC) and Diploma in Coaching from the IMI along with certifications in MBTI, DISC, Gallup StrengthsFinder, EQI and Belbin Team Roles.

Nick Lawlor is the Managing Director of Employee Financial Wellness and one of the founding directors of The Wellness Crew. Nick designs and runs financial wellness programmes with companies of all shapes and sizes across Ireland. Nick believes in delivering corporate Employee Financial Wellness programmes across 3 pillars namely Measurement, Education and Communication. Nick is a Workplace Wellness postgraduate, Certified Financial Planner ™, Specialist Investment Adviser and Pension Trustee Practitioner.

Ted is Principal Investigator at APC Microbiome Ireland, University College Cork and Medical Director of Atlantia Food Clinical Trials. He was previously Chair of Clinical Neurosciences and Professor of Psychological Medicine at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London. Before that, he was a Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry at Trinity.
He has worked in research laboratories on both sides of the Atlantic, with a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of London. He is a Fellow of the
Royal Colleges of Physicians and Psychiatrists and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Ted’s main research interest is in the role of the gut microbiota in stress-related disorders.
In 1995, he was awarded the Melvin Ramsey Prize for research into the biology of stress. Last year, Ted was ranked by Expertscape as the top global
expert on the microbiota. His current research is funded by Science Foundation Ireland, the Health Research Board and the European Union.

An organisational psychologist and practicing psychotherapist, formerly HR manager in industry with lecturing experience at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level.

Leapfrog Training and Lisa Wilkinson & Associates. Having worked in wellness since 1999, she is passionate about delivering health and happiness, her prime focus is to bring about a true work-life balance through many differing services.

She works with a wide range of corporate clients, providing engaging talks focused on encouraging participants to make small changes to the way they eat that can make big differences to their long-term health. With Ibec since returning from New York in 2016, firstly as BioPharmaChem Ireland executive, then as Food Drink Ireland executive specialising in promotion of workplace health and wellbeing. Oversees the delivery of KeepWell workplace wellbeing accreditation from Ibec. This includes managing programme delivery, communications, event planning, business development, positioning KeepWell at the forefront of the wellbeing agenda, and prioritising its future strategic development.
