Julie is the Director of NetwellCASALA. Her background is in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and digital health technologies, with a focus on designing and evaluating intuitive and useful health and wellbeing technologies for older adults and those who support their care. Julie will provide an overview of the ProACT platform which supports people with single or multiple chronic conditions to self-manage their health and wellbeing at home with support from a care network and monitored by clinical triage. Mary will share her user experience using the platform as the Clinical Nurse Manager with Caredoc.
