In response to members feedback, this HR Forum & HR Clinic will take place in the Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley Dublin 22.
This interactive forum will take you through the steps of the disciplinary process, the investigation, disciplinary meetings and potential outcomes. Case studies, break-out sessions and participation will give insights into the investigation, disciplinary and appeals processes and will ensure participants gain a deep understanding of what is expected when conducting a disciplinary investigation.
Our HR Clinic will follow the above session where advisors from our Knowledge Centre will be available to assist with any HR queries that members may have. There is no need to book a time for the clinic, however if complex issues arise a further meeting with the Knowledge Centre team can be arranged.
Registration and light refreshments will commence at 09.30am.
