In this seminar we will discover how to align organisational values with employee values to assist with recruitment and retention. We will get behind the psychology of values, where do they come from and how do we utilise them in favour of our brand and business. All workplaces have values, how you use them, how they work for your organisation and why they might negatively impact your brand will be discussed at this seminar.


We are delighted to be joined by Kate McCormack, Behaviour Analyst, Aperture Partners and Valerie O’Keeffe, CEO, ClarityVP.  Kate will highlight, what are values and their benefits, she will also examine the different types of values and how they are commonly confused.


Valerie will discuss the behaviours that underpin values, how to bring a Values Programme to life and the importance that younger generations place on Values and CSR and how to tap into this important market. 


To close out this seminar we will be joined by Carol Quinn, Archivist at Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard who will share the importance of values within Irish Distillers.
