Overview

Everyone in your organisation will face adversity. This may be personal, financial or work-related, however, those who have the tools to demonstrate resilience will be able to adapt and face their challenge more effectively.

This event will give attendees a holistic view of resilience including data, psychology and practice.

Speakers

Dr Sarah O’Neill, Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Clinical Director of Spectrum.Life, will present first-hand data on the effectiveness of Employee Assistance Programmes in 2019.

Cara Driscoll, Organisational Psychologist, in Oberstown Children Detention Campus will share how they grow employee resilience in simple ways while working in a challenging environment.

Finally, Jason Brennan, Psychotherapist & Counsellor of Thinkwell, will explain the popular psychology behind transactional analysis, a model for understanding human personality, relationships and communication. Jason will demonstrate how this model can be used to build strong communication.
