Participants will gain a qualification in employment law, learn to resolve problems confidently and competently, while gaining practical knowledge of industrial relations, human resources and employment law issues by attending at the third party employment institutions (Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court).
A month long placement in an Ibec member company HR department allows participants to put into practice the knowledge and expertise gained from the supportive learning environment offered by Ibec.
Ibec's programme provides a stepping stone to a successful career within Ibec itself or an Ibec member company.
