Ibec HR Forum & HR Clinic
The next HR Forum will take place on Tuesday, 12th March at the Ibec Offices from 8.30-10.30am
The forum’s topic will be on absence management, focusing on best practice, along with advice on how to get the best from occupational health providers.
The agenda is as follows
8.30 – 8.50 Managing short term absence. Presented by Fiona Higgins, Senior Manager IR/HR, Knowledge Centre
8.50 – 9.20 Managing Long Term Absence. Presented by Ciara McGuone IR/HR Executive, Knowledge Centre
9.20 – 9.50 The Occupational Health Perspective. Presented by Dr Robert Ryan, Medmark
Following the presentations, we will host a HR Clinic where advisors from our Knowledge Centre will be available to assist with any HR queries that members may have. The clinic will run from 9.50 -10.20 am. There is no need to book a time for the clinic, however if complex issues arise a further meeting with the Knowledge Centre team can be arranged.
The forum and clinic are free of charge for Ibec members. The forum will begin at 08:30am and registration and tea/coffee will commence at 8:00am
While numbers of attendees are not limited from members companies, booking is essential.

Delegate cancellation policy
Any cancellations received in writing up to two weeks prior to the event are refundable. All bookings are provisional until full payment is received.
