An Ibec and Matheson morning seminar
Corporate Governance is not an optional extra – Three perspectives
With recent legislative developments in Ireland and at EU level to combat white collar crime, the bar is now set high for Irish companies. Join us on Thursday 1 November at Ibec HQ to hear more on this and the broader area of corporate governance.
An event aimed at executive and non-executive directors and company secretaries, we have lined up key players in the industry to help delegates keep abreast of their increasing corporate governance obligations. Ian Drennan will give an overview of his role as Director of Corporate Enforcement and share his observations on how compliance has evolved over the past few years and how it will further develop into the future.
Speaking at this event:
- Karen Reynolds, Partner, Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Matheson, and co-head of the firm's Regulatory and Investigations Group.
- Ian Drennan, Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE)
- David Duffy, Founder and CEO of the Governance Company
There is no charge for Ibec members. Registration and networking to take place from 07.30am with tea, coffee and pastries being served.
