The Irish Proshare Association is an independent national association operating within the Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC). As the foremost authority on employee financial involvement (EFI) we are actively engaged in promoting this progressive concept in all its various forms. The association is working to ensure that Ireland has the environment best suited to the introduction of EFI schemes possible.

We are funded by IPSA member organisations and run by an executive council which is representative of enterprise from all types of business and commercial activity. As a membership based association, the IPSA exists to facilitate and assist members who wish to explore and develop the concept of employee financial involvement within their respective organisations. The IPSA is also a member of the International Association for Financial Participation (IAFP) - www.iafp.eu.com

IRISH PRO-SHARE (IPSA) CONFERENCE 2011 Taking Stock – The Future of Share Incentives in Ireland as a Tool for Economic Recovery
