I started my career in 1996 as a Marketing Executive in Bord Bia’s office in Düsseldorf, Germany. After my year with Bord Bia I moved back to Ireland for a few years to work with Dairygold and continued my career with their red meats division, Galtee Meats, in Holland and Sweden.
