The Export Orientation Programme is Ireland’s longest-running and most successful graduate placement programme. The EOP allows Irish exporting companies to develop their international marketing and export capacity and provides recent graduates of all disciplines with a valuable introduction to international business. The programme offers graduates a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving business environment.


Since 1983 more than 1800 graduates have successfully completed the EOP programme, and with retention rates in excess of 86%, EOP's have used their experience to launch highly successful careers across all sectors of industry and sponsor companies have experienced an exponential rise in their export revenues. As the market leader the EOP also offers a unique opportunity for candidates to work towards gaining a postgraduate qualification during the EOP process, whilst assisting companies build up a valuable portfolio of relevant export material for future reference.
