The knowledge centre provides a key part of Ibec's employer services. The service is geared to respond to members’ needs quickly and comprehensively and provides our members with the following services:
  • Direct telephone and email information and guidance on navigating employment law;
  • Extensive information base on compliance with employment legislation;
  • Published reports on HR best practice to allow companies to benchmark against other organisations;
  • Online access to information on all aspects of employment law, industrial relations and human resources;
  • Monthly electronic bulletin to keep members up-to date with changes to employment legislation.
