Introduction
IBEC have produced a number of generic sample policies. These policies will need to be tailored to suit the needs of each individual organisation and be extended to cover any unique circumstances which exist. Further guidance on the development of policies and procedures can be obtained from the Employee Relations Information Unit or your IBEC advisor. We will also work with you in reviewing or revising your current policies.
