Online compliance tools

Introduction

IBEC has recently launched a new range of employment law compliance tools aimed at helping employers to ensure they are fully compliant with Irish employment legislation and to reduce the exposure of employers to claims by employees. Employment law compliance issues cost businesses in Ireland more than €7 million in 2008 in awards by the Equality Tribunal, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and by NERA. [

Audit services »
The Audit service will allow you to audit your contracts of employment, company policies and employment law records and conduct an employment law health check.
Contract of employment »
The online contract will enable organisations to comply with the requirements of the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts 1994 to 2001 and also provides a number of IBEC recommended clauses which are not strictly required by legislation but will help to ensure a smoother employment relationship.
Diversity audit»
The diversity audit will allow you to audit your equality and diversity strategy and practices to ensure that they not only include all of the details required by law, but are also proactive regarding equality in the workplace and promote best practice in diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation.
