When you create a contract you will have the option to save your work in progress as a draft. SUCH DRAFTS WILL ONLY BE RETAINED FOR ONE WEEK. Your draft contracts will be listed by job title and be located under View my contract templates.
When you have completed the document, you will be able to save and create a RTF (rich text format) file. Then you will have the options of editing the contract online or downloading it in rich text format. Once downloaded you will be able to edit and re-save as a word document. Only at this point will you be able to enter the employee’s name and address.
